 Return Policy 

Within 30 days, 14 days for software, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, in like new condition through the carrier of their choice. All return charges are the responsibility of the customer including any insurance they may want to place on the item.  In circumstances where CyberTechs uses the services of a third party to provide parts, supplies or services, CyberTechs assumes no responsibility or liability for delays in order processing or order shipment.  CyberTechs assumes no responsibility for return items lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or not received and cannot start the refund/return process until items are received as per the invoice included with the product and all payments are returned to CyberTechs from the supplier. Once the product is shipped back as per invoice instructions, the customer should email us at returns@cybertechscomputers.com, with a tracking number, the name of the carrier, type of shipment(overnight, 2 day, etc) and the reason for the return.  Cybertechs assumes no responsibility for  delays in order or shipments outside the direct control of CyberTechs. CyberTechs works with only reputable suppliers, but cannot guarantee or control the suppliers policies, processes or procedures in fulfilling orders.  CyberTechs will work closely and monitor supplier trends to ensure reliability.  There is a 10% restocking fee for returned products and/or orders which have already been received or placed with our suppliers.  CyberTechs will provide refunds only after the supplier has reversed charges back to CyberTechs.  After this time CyberTechs will begin processing the refund to the customer if all policy guidelines have been met.  By providing payment to CyberTechs, the customer understands and accepts these terms and the limitations placed on CyberTechs with regards to returns, refunds and/or exchanges by relying on outside suppliers to fulfill some orders.

The customer must specify if they would like a replacement or refund for the returned item.  If the customer requests a refund, the refund will be in the form of store credit unless the customer specifies otherwise.  The customer must notify us immediately if upon receipt of their product from Cybertechs or its suppliers, the product is damaged or does not operate properly.  Cybertechs does not except any liability for misuse, abuse or any loss resulting from any product ordered from us.  The customer is responsible for having a professional computer technician install, setup, configure, replace or handle the product if the customer is not trained in these areas.  Any damage, misuse, abuse, loss of data, time, business sales or any other potential hardship due to the customers failure to follow this policy, voids any such return acceptance.  CyberTechs may ask the customer to provide proof of professional installation attempts, in the form of receipts from the technician on company letterhead or invoice, stating the date of service, a phone number for the technician and a brief description as to what steps where taken before declaring the product/s damaged or defective.  This should all be included in the email mentioned above regarding the shipping information of the returned product.  Since CyberTechs does not have the resources to hire a legal staff to verify to legality or inclusion/exclusion of any provision relating to our services or products,  we, along with the customer shall use due diligence to seek out what legal resources are available to expedite the process.  It is the intention and spirit of the policy to promptly resolve any issues a customer may have.  If there are or appears to be an attempt to defraud CyberTechs either through the spirit of this policy or its actual legal backing, CyberTechs will fully enforce this policy and seek out legal remedies against such people, businesses or any other entity involved in such activity.

Computer Not Performing Like It Used To? 
Be sure you backup your data often.  When a hard drive fails, it may not show any warnings signs.  If you entire systems crashes, the hard drive damaged and yor data corrupted.  Backups should be done prior to have your computer serviced.  There is always a chance an unrelated problem could affect your hard drive.  Your level of tolerance for data loss will determine your backup plan.  Most importantly, keep your backup in a secure location, away from your home or business.
