Beware of computer repair companies that make a complicated diagnoses or speak in "tech jargon" and try to lure you into a big expense when all you may need is a simple quick fix. Some computer problems take nothing more than a matter of moments to complete simply because your pc is stuck and just needs to be reset. Expect to pay for at least diagonstic charges and a reasonable repair charge. Only a qualified professional can diagnose what needs to be done. If you don't understand what the tech is talking about, ask them to explain it until you do. Don't get caught paying hundreds of dollars for inflated parts and labor.
